Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing
Choose your style of yoga with a choice of Restorative, Gentle Vinyasa, or Nidra. All sessions are tailored to your request and focus points. Sessions run 45 minutes with a 15-minute sound bath meditation.
Reiki Attunement
Discover a complete chakra alignment and re-balance. Utilizing the energetic techniques of the Usui lineage of Reiki, the options of hands-on or hands-off practice will leave you refreshed and centered. Add on’s of essential oils, tuning forks, and singing bowls are available to all clients.
Build-Your-Own Session
Create your own session with a blend of movement, breath work and meditation. Our insights blend tradition with modern techniques to support a balanced and healthy lifestyle. We will work together to create the best use of time to help you relax and feel refreshed.
